Delete your account and data

You can delete your DocSwitch account (operated by LYTEHOSTING LLC) and all data linked to it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. This page is the deletion instruction required by Google Play and the App Store.
1. Delete from the app (recommended)
- Open DocSwitch → Settings → Account → "Delete my account and data".
- Confirm. The app sends one deletion request to our server, signs you out and clears its own queue. Files stored only on your phone are removed when you uninstall the app or delete them in the app.
2. Delete without the app
If you no longer have the app, e-mail support@docswitch.app from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the account id shown under Settings → About (if you still have it). Because accounts are anonymous we cannot find an account from a name or e-mail address; without the account id we can only confirm that nothing identifying you is stored. We complete e-mail requests within 30 days.
3. What is deleted, and when

4. What deletion does not do
- It does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your store account: iPhone → Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android → Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
- It does not recall documents you already sent to signers or shared; they have their own copies.
- It does not remove the app from your phone; uninstall it afterwards if you wish.
